Fitness Training - After training with Jason the netball teams fitness improved and it really made a difference to our performance. Each session was varied with a good warm up, circuits and sports drills.

1 to 1 Personal Fitness - Jason has helped me to improve my general levels of fitness, whilst ensuring there is plenty of variety in the exercises I do. He provides an excellent way of motivating you through the exercises and as a result of this I have noticed my general health, strength and endurance all improve over time.
