We also use Tai Chi (Taiji) & weapon forms to enhance our karate and place emphasis on fluidity & relaxation to promote Ki/Chi (energy).

Shouri Shoto Ryu Karate Kai - Sensei Nick Moller (5th Dan) leads a thriving and enthusiastic group of youngsters and adults at a variety of venues. Horfield Sports Centre Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Monday evenings 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Training days prior to grading are usually held at Henbury Sports Centre on arranged Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Other regular classes are held at Easton Sports & Leisure Centre.

Shoto Ryu Karate Kai - Good exercise, develops self confidence and self discipline. the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

Bristol Shoto Ryu - A friendly club with the emphasis on the Martial Arts as opposed to strength training and circuits. The club covers all aspects of karate including kata, kumite, sparring and weapons and the Yang and Cheng styles of Tai Chi Ch'uan taught as a martial art.
